Our mission at the Starlight Distillery is to craft brandies in the finest artisanal European tradition. Our estate bottled winery produces wines with intense varietal character that are hand distilled in individual batches allowing for the ultimate expression of the distillers art. We proudly produced 1200 bottles in December of 2004. This brandy was a blended from both American and French Oak barrels – barrel numbers 0117 and 9720.
